Ingredients

 1 Johnny Dutch Goes Thai package with the Thai spice paste
 200 g thick rice noodles (possibly fresh)
 150 g Chinese broccoli cut into large pieces or Chinese cabbage in thin strips
 2 sweet onions, cut into rings
 3 cloves of garlic chopped
 45 ml (1 tablespoon is 15 ml) light soy sauce
 45 ml sweet soy sauce
 15 ml oyster sauce
 30 ml olive oil

Directions

Cook rice noodles according to the instructions on the package, if you use broccoli instead of white cabbage, cook the Chinese broccoli al dente with the rice noodles.

Mix the soy sauce and oyster sauce in a small bowl.

Fry the sweet onions and garlic in oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon of Johnny Dutch Thai herb paste and prepare the Johnny Dutch Thai balls in an airfryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes or fry them in a separate pan for 4-5 minutes over medium heat.

Heat a separate pan, add the mixed sauces and fry the noodles. Add 50 ml of the Johnny Dutch Thai spice paste and the Chinese cabbage.

For the non-vegan dish, you can bake 2 eggs on one side of the pan.

Serve the Thai Johnny Dutch balls with the vegetables and noodles.
