 1 Johnny Dutch Goes Mexican package with the Mexican spice paste
 150 g rice
 100 g kidney beans
 2 cloves of garlic minced
 2 red onions, cut into rings
 1 carrot diced
 2 tomatoes cut into cubes (approx. 2 x 2 cm)
 1 green pepper cut into pieces
 1 fresh red chili pepper, thinly sliced, remove seeds
 1 can of corn kernels (150 grams)

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain the rice.

Stir fry the vegetables at high temperature for 4 minutes. Add the can of corn, the tomato cubes and kidney beans and last the fresh red chili pepper to taste.

Add the Johnny Dutch Mexican spice paste and bake for 1 minute at medium temperature.

In the meantime, prepare the Johnny Dutch Mexican balls in an airfryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes or fry them in a separate pan for 4-5 minutes over medium heat.

Mix the Mexican Johnny Dutch meat balls with the vegetables and rice in a bowl. Buen provecho!
