Ingredients

 1 Johnny Dutch Goes Indonesian pack with the Indonesian spice paste
 150 g basmati rice
 3 chopped cloves of garlic
 1 red onion, cut into rings
 150 g green beans, remove the caps and cut into small pieces
 1 small cauliflower, cut into florets (approx. 3 x 3 cm)
 1 leek cut into rings
 1 winter carrot (or carrot) cut into cubes
 1 bell pepper cut into pieces
 1 fresh red/chilli pepper, thinly sliced, remove seeds
 30 ml sunflower oil or olive oil

Directions

Cook the (basmati) rice until done. Drain the rice.

Put the onions and red/chili pepper aside for the garnish.

Prepare the Johnny Dutch Indonesian balls in an airfryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes or fry them in a separate pan for 4-5 minutes over medium heat. Set them aside

Stir fry the garlic, leek, cubes of carrot, green beans, cauliflower, belpepper for 5 minutes at high temperature. Add the Johnny Dutch Indonesian spice paste to the vegetables and fry for 1 minute at medium temperature. Add 4 tablespoons of water and simmer the dish covered at a low temperature for 13 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and red chili pepper for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.

Now mix the stir-fried vegetables and cooked rice. Sprinkle the red pepper and fried onions over the fried rice. Serve the balls separately. Tip: add kroepoek and atjar. Serve the Johnny Dutch goes Indonesian Nasi Goreng. Selamat makan!
