Ingredients

 1 Johnny Dutch Goes Moroccan package with the fresh Moroccan spice paste
 150 g couscous
 200 g roasted vegetables (for example grilled zucchini, carrots and peppers)
 200 g mushrooms
 1 Alpro Soy Mild & Creamy (vegan alternative to yogurt)
 45 ml sunflower oil or olive oil
 1 hand of parsley or mint and/or coriander to garnish

Directions

Cook the couscous according to the instructions on the package.

Prepare the Johnny Dutch Moroccan balls in an airfryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes or fry them in a separate pan for 4-5 minutes over medium heat. Put the balls on a plate.

Fry the mushrooms in a pan and add the grilled vegetables. Add 50 ml of the Johnny Dutch Moroccan spice paste and the couscous.

Mix the yogurt or Alpro Soy Mild & Creamy with a tablespoon of Johnny Dutch Moroccan spice paste.

Serve the couscous with the Johnny Dutch balls, the mushrooms, the grilled vegetables and the yoghurt sauce.
