Ingredients

 1 Johnny Dutch Goes Mexican package with the Mexican spice paste
 5 small, soft tortilla wraps
 3 tomatoes cut into cubes (approx. 2 x 2 cm)
 1 small lettuce cut into pieces
 2 red onions, cut into rings
 1 bunch of fresh chopped coriander
 1 lime squeezed out
 150 g can of corn kernels (150 grams)

Directions

Prepare the tomato salsa by mixing the tomato, corn, red onion, 1 tbs of chopped coriander and 1 tbsp lime juice in a bowl.

Cook the Johnny Dutch Mexican balls in an airfryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes or fry them in a pan for 4-5 minutes over medium heat.

In a separate pan, add the Johnny Dutch spice paste with 50 ml of water to the pan for 1 minute over medium heat and make a smooth sauce.

Heat the tortilla wraps according to the instructions on the package.

Fill the tortilla wraps with the tomato salsa, Johnny Dutch Mexican Balls, lettuce and corn and fold in half. Place the wraps side by side in a dish.
