Ingredients

 1 Johnny Dutch Goes Indian package with the Indian spice paste
 150 g rice
 3 medium-sized potatoes, diced
 1 carton of coconut milk (200 ml), for example Go-Tan Organic coconut milk or Aroy-D (E-number free)
 1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
 2 tomatoes, cut into pieces
 2 onions, cut into pieces
 1 fresh red pepper, thinly sliced
 1 sprig of coriander
 1 lime
 30 ml olive oil, sunflower oil or Ghee

Directions

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Fry the onion and garlic in a pan with some oil or ghee.

Add the coconut milk, potato pieces, tomato cubes and cauliflower pieces. Add red pepper dices to taste.

Simmer the sauce for 15 minutes, add 50 ml if necessary water and blend.

Add 50 ml of the Johnny Dutch spice paste at the last minute and stir.

In the meantime, prepare the Johnny Dutch Indian balls in an airfryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes or fry them in a separate pan for 4-5 minutes over medium heat.. Set them aside.
