Ingredients

 1 Johnny Dutch Goes Indonesian pack with the Indonesian spice paste
 170 g (basmati) rice
 2 small onions, chopped
 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
 100 g green beans, remove the caps and cut into small pieces
 200 g spinach cut it roughly
 100 g endive roughly sliced
 100 g cabbage, roughly sliced (alternative white, green or savoy cabbage)
 100 g bean sprouts or soy sprouts
 50 ml coconut milk
 50 ml water
 30 ml sunflower oil or olive oil
 1 bag of kroepoek
 1 small jar of atjar tjampoer (atjar is an Indonesian sweet and sour side dish made from vegetables.)

Directions

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain the rice.

Prepare the Johnny Dutch Indonesian balls in an airfryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes or fry them in a separate pan for 4-5 minutes over medium heat. Set them apart.

Fry the onion and garlic in a pan. Add 50 milliliters of water. Bring the whole to the boil and add last minute the coconut milk.

Then boil all vegetables al dente in water with a little salt and drain. With the exception of the bean sprouts, rinse them with hot water.

Mix the vegetables with 50 ml of the Johnny Dutch spice paste.

Serve the Johnny Dutch Goes Indonesian Oerapan. Tip add a bit of kroepoek and atjar tjampoer. Selamat makan!
